Add A ticket System like the one that ticketbot uses

a ticket system using the dashboard similar to ticketbots and have it so the tickets can be button tickets so we can further interact with out community

i have code to a ticket bot that could help but the way Atlanta is coded doesnt make sense to me so i would stuggle without outside intervention

Hi, it's been a long time, but thanks for your late issue (better late than never xD). A ticket system will be added in the next major release of AtlantaBot, which will work with Discord threads.
