Error in configure ns3

I met problem while configuring ns3.

/usr/local/lib/cmake/protobuf/protobuf-config.cmake

but it set protobuf_FOUND to FALSE so package "protobuf" is considered to
be NOT FOUND. Reason given by package:

Hello, did you properly set up the simulator for CARLA?
I mean, by running the "switch_ms-van3t-CARLA.sh".
