Update route diagram after a git pull

Great project!

After a git pull and the route is modified, it would be cool if the diagram is automatically updated. Right now it seems you have to close the route and open it up again. Thanks!

Hi, there is a similar issue when updating routes via AI agents, etc - it seems if the file is updated by an external process that the changes are not automatically reflected.

I am willing to work on this issue if that is OK with you.
