How It Works

  1. Install as a Claude Code plugin (2 minutes)
  2. Invoke skills via slash commands (/requirements, /architecture, etc.)
  3. Agent guides you through structured workflows
  4. You review and approve at every checkpoint
  5. Deliverables accumulate in knowledge_base/ as validated JSON

The agent designs solutions — it does not implement, deploy, or send deliverables to clients. Human review is mandatory before any client-facing output.

Status

v1.1.0 — v1.1.0 adds: three depth tiers (QUICK/STANDARD/COMPREHENSIVE), scope negotiation at engagement start, three new delivery flows (Direct Delivery, Rapid Assessment, Custom Document), and review modes (single-file, final-document, batch).

Validated: End-to-end against a healthcare IBMi modernization case study (examples/healthcare-ibmi-migration/), migration flow, HIPAA, 500+ users. All schema validations and consistency checks pass. Four deliverable reviews scored >= 7.5/10 using LLM-as-judge methodology (3-iteration /review skill).

Speed: QUICK depth tier delivers a 4-6 page assessment in a single session vs. a traditional 2-4 week SA engagement at full depth.
