App not starting under macOS 15.3.2

The Bug (tm)
Starting devdrop, 3.4 or 3.4-dev (the version I tried) under macOS 15.3.2 on an Apple Silicon M1 MacBook Pro yields the error "App Is Damaged And Can’t Be Opened. It is recommended to put the app into the trash." (in my german version, „OpenHantek“ ist beschädigt und kann nicht geöffnet werden. Es empfiehlt sich, das Objekt in den Papierkorb zu bewegen.").
I have added the app to Settings/Security/Developer-Tools, to no avail.

To Reproduce
I can reproduce the bug after emptying the trash, after restarting, after adding or removing the app to the above mentioned "developer tools".

Expected behavior
The app should start ;)

Also on macOS 15.4 on Apple M3 chip. Tried both 3.4 and 3.4-dev osx arm versions.

The xattr -c <path/to/application.app> trick allows it to launch but it then crashes.

BTW the Macports package is almost two years old now. Maybe it shouldn't be referred to any more?

I've managed to launch OpenHantek 3.4 on M4 and Sequoia 15.4 . App crashed because it not signed. You can sign it by yourself. After install in terminal cd to /Applications and run command:
codesign --force --deep --sign - OpenHantek.app - now you can run app.
