Tweets in footer often overflow out of the screen horizontally

Actual Behaviour
The tweets displayed in the footer sometimes have long URLs and they overflow out of the div.

Expected Behaviour
Proper word wrapping

Steps to reproduce it
Use the website in mobile view and see the footer sections where tweets get displayed randomly.
