Invisible files on comparison.

Hi all, I started using winmerge recently to compare files across two locations, and the kind of material I'm comparing often has invisible files in it's contents (files starting with a dot).
Is there a way to filter to ignore all invisible files?
Screenshot to illustrate what I am talking about.
On the screenshot, the only visible file other than the folders is the file highlighted in blue.

In the Select Files or Folders window, enter !.* in the Filter box to exclude files starting with a dot from comparison (as shown in your screenshot).
If you also want to ignore folders starting with a dot, use !.*;!.*\ instead.

You can combine them like this: !.*|fe:LeftSize != RightSize
