Recovery Compatibility #2
Description
For the code to work on the recovery flight computer, we would have to remove the mutexes, usb code and other FREERTOS stuff. It would be best if only the files truly shared by avionics and simcon would be in this submodule.
problems occur in the tasks and util subfolders.
