Support for higher frame rates - 50fps content fails with incorrect framerate

Trying to analyse 50fps content results in an error: "M2CException\\\",\\\"errorMessage\\\":\\\"invalid framerate\\\"

**Describe the feature you'd like**
The ability to analyse content at 50fps or higher

**Additional context**
Since the need is more for analysis than retaining quality the fps could be halved in pre-processing.
