Accessible in maven scijava or else ?

Hi @bnorthan (and maybe @haesleinhuepf you still have an idea about this),

Is this repo already deployed somewhere in a maven repository ? I want to use it as a dependency and couldn't find it anywhere, except in my locally built SNAPSHOTS. 

If it's not in maven already, are you ok with me trying to do the deployment ?
