Bug: Getting errors on successful installations

I believe there's a bug on the test_config.php script. I've tried it on ModX Cloud and another remote installation and in both instances I got these errors:

The cloud may have some environment issues but I think these are just false positives because the folders changed in newer versions of MODX

The folder structure has changed for 2.3.
