honestly, I didnt see it before either, and, also not afterwards...

I confess not having Inspector open at all times, so might have missed other events.
it's also the reason I have no configuration to share, because I don't know which of the buttons might've caused it.

If this would not be some generic thing, and really require a card config, then I cant provide that now, apologies

I have exactly the same. I think it happened with the Home Assistant version of november or december. It was not appearing befor.
