Visual artifact when 3 are stacked in a "vertical stack card"

Description of problem:
When putting 3 or more compact slider card into a vertical stack the third one shows a weird line on the bottom:

This is more noticeable (and bothering) when using stack card without borders (e.g. custon:vertical-stack-in-card)

Javascript errors shown in the web inspector (if applicable):

Additional information:
The issue is not happening on Chrome or HA Android app
