Ability to use phone location as sensor

It would be great if it were possible to use the phone location tracker as my area to get alerts for. This way if I am traveling, I would get the alerts for the area I am in.

I love the idea. I'll put it down as a feature request, but the code split to make this work might make this a better candidate for a completely new integration specifically for traveling weather alerts.
