Creating Subset TDs/TMs #145

Not all affordances are always needed in the concrete application. It would be nice that someone "knowledgable" creates a subset TD for someone to deploy it. It can be under the download button as a new functionality. Probably by manually clicking a set of affordances (like to TD button) or detecting based on annotations (e.g. choose everything that has "@type":"prefix:mySuffix")
