Disable image pasting #13

Hey, first of great extension! Been wanting something like this for a while!
I see that we can disable the toolbar button for image uploads. This is fine, but image pasting is still allowed. I'm wondering if theres a way to disable that?
Also, guess this can be somewhat a niche feature, but we want to disable image uploads, disable image posting, but somehow still have a button that will allow the user to enter a URL to a image and that will work. Is this possible?
