Information about bug
The requirement is to carry forward unused leave in bulk without creating a new allocation. However, in the Leave Control Panel, this field is mandatory and does not accept 0 as a value.
This can be achieved through the Leave Allocation document for individual employees, as the “New Leaves Allocated” field is not mandatory.
There should be an option to allocate only the carried-forward leave without requiring a new allocation. It should work similarly to Leave allocation. Either the “New Leaves Allocated” should not be mandatory, or it should allow 0 allocation.
