Add more descriptions for tags and categories

Descriptions on tags and categories are stored in _data/descriptions.yml file.

They are rendered on archive pages, example.

These are the existing tags and categories.

Adding new descriptions is easy. For example, adding description for tag open-source is as easy as adding:

open-source: "Description"

And it will render on all archive pages for open-source (either tag/category).

We need to add more descriptions for the existing topics!

great @siddharth-sable, we don't need to add all descriptions, just a few topics that you wish to add for, So that multiple people can contribute to the descriptions. Assigning this issue to you for the time being :D

Hey @TriJayDore thanks for your interest! You can pick 4-5 topics from https://genicsblog.com/topics which don't already have description and make PR for them. Assigning the task to you for the time being.
