issue with ios 15.2

im getting strange behavior when i connect a safari with ios 15.2.

the error is in this line
$header['mask'] = $message[4] . $message[5] . $message[6] . $message[7];

and the error im getting is

Debug to see what is in the $message variable , if array sizeof/count , or length if string

That's related to connections that aren't really websockets, likely someone scanning your services.
