I have encountered several RAR files which extract fine with WinRAR but encounter problems during 7zip extraction, even in the latest versions of 7-zip.
I believe the files were created with winrar. Many of them are multi-part files with the format file.partX.rar (where x is an integer starting at 1)
(This is not a demand for anyone to do anything - It is just an idea for improvement / a project for someone if they want to take it on. Maybe I will try myself at some point and suggest a PR if successful, though anyone is welcome)
