After using wine + HeidiSQL.exe combo, I only exported the settings and then imported into the native app, I had to update the plink.exe and private key location in the SSH Tunnel tab, and all works even faster than the wine method.
One little note, in Session Manager two buttons are blacked out, the New and More, as you can see in the screenshot:
