Appimages under appimage-run on one nixos system crash with stack smashing in backend-manager #367

i get *** stack smashing detected .. at one point when trying to use the appimage to replay
The problem seems to be only for appimages on my nixos system under appimage-run only when /usr/lib (auto-filled by appimage-run) is in LD_LIBRARY_PATH: seems to work from manual testing on other envs for other people, so for now not a blocker : appimages are important for non-nix system mostly
