Avoid Lines/Stations

For my daily route always a very unplaesant changing station gets suggested.

The rest of the Station is fine, however a specific Bus Stoping location is right next to a car-sewer. It is very unpleasant to wait there, no matter how long.

I therefore would like an option to make it possible to entirely avoid this stopping location for routing.

We have had thoughts about preferring certain stations over others for transfers (e.g. regarding available amenities like shops and toilets), but in a softer way, i.e. proposing itineraries if they use more "pleasant" transfers even if they take longer/need more transfers. Would you be ready to travel 3 hours longer just to avoid this stop?
Another idea is circumventing certain stops in general, also for other purposes, e.g. if the user knows that there is a disruption around this stop that is not properly reflected in the realtime information. But this would apply to all passing stops, not just transfer stops.
Another complication with your specific case is that you say that you only want to exclude parts of a station/certain bays/posts. Depending on feeds, transport modes etc., this may be modelled very differently.
So in conclusion I think it would be an interesting feature, but it's nothing that we will be able to add in the short term.

Something that also would work for my specific case is to take in mind the intervals the individual lines have in routing. Even if there is not a delay it does probably make sense to instead suggest lines that are much more frequent, so if there is a delay it is still possible to get to your destination quicker. This could be shown with a badge in apps like "higher frequency".
Probably might be good for a seperate suggestion (or move it to an existing one) - ;)

The Idea is good upon first thought, however I know not at every ugly stop you have long intervals.

See #1088 for why it is complicated to avoid lines. However, it should be straightforward to implement avoiding stations for transfer ("Antivias"). This on its own would already enable interesting use cases.
