Compile libunistd with gcc compiler

My question: Is it possible to compile the library with the GCC (GNU Compiler) version 13.1.0 instead of the Visual Studio Compiler? What adaptations are necessary for this?

This is the VC++ port of POSIX that has Linux API, but actually calls into Windows APIs instead. The point of libunistd is being able to call Linux APIs, of having a single codebase compile on Linux or Windows as-is. On Linux the POSIX API is native. There's nothing to port to use gcc there. If you mean gcc on Windows, I don't know how that works.
