Support fullscreen

Run a few tests...
In one of them clicked fullscreen - browser gone fullscreen and didn't go back. Had to use Esc to minimize the window. Fullscreen button no longer works and panels behave rather strange - dock and system panel autohiding when focused on browser. Dunno how to fix that. In all the options fullscreen / autohiding is disabled.

yeah, fullscreen is kinda broken. I'll just remove the fullscreen button from all the examples

Haha... After that issue (fixed by rebooting) the 'fullscreen video' button in html5 YouTube videos doesn't seem to work)) some features of canvas seem screwed in Osx safari... As I'm diving in js canvas I'll look into this in future..
