Shortcut for One Click Install Alpha Viewer is deleted after the viewer is run the second time.

Description

This is probably the same underlying issue as #5212

Reproduction steps

1. Install the Windows one click installer.
2. Quit the viewer.
3. Run the viewer again.
4. Close the updater error dialog that appears https://gyazo.com/4d9e5a2c4b20e6179d449f1ec97afd92

Observed: The shortcut is deleted a few seconds later.

Expected: The shortcut should remain.
