Description
As a framework consumer
I want a recurring mechanism, that could be reached to Time In Day, Day In Month, Week In Month, Month In Year, and so on.
That could be used to run an Async Job Container in the server or to make sure one function will be invoked automatically by recurring rules defined by me.
