VC90003 Create tasks powered by Gradle to help building our modules

As a developer

I want to build some useful commands/tasks based on Gradle, these will help powering the building process in both CI and local env

These tasks would help manage the processes of building, cleaning, testing, formatting, and deploying applications locally.
