Per-client query record type filtering

Currently we have the filtering.queryTypes option to globally suppress record types like AAAA. It would be useful if there was a per-client or per-group equivalent so I can suppress a type for one client only.

Context: I have a device which has problems on IPv6, and I'd like to hide AAAA records from it whilst still being able to make use of IPv6 on other devices on the network. I've resorted to globally filtering out AAAA for now to make this device work.
