i18n support, but help wanted

I add i18n in most places, but NOT widely verified yet.

Only Chinese have be added now, but I think if it comes into a framework, adding other languages is much more easier.

Here are the problems I faced to so far:

• I DO NOT know how to build a release exe file, otherwise I can release a Chinese langurage preview version
• There are some structures in the current project that I don't know how to modify

For example:

1. Here is a pair of keys and values to make a pair of opposites, but hard to replace them with i18n strings.
