Fix inline links for the site rebuild #339

Short description
The inline links on the mkdocs rebuild need to be gone through one by one and fixed accordingly.
Such things should exclusively be Markdown syntax: Link description.
Anything else is useless and wastes space and time. This is a great first issue for those wanting to contribute.
I don't know how many of these links exist in the rebuild. I have found 20+ so far.
