CosmosNullReferenceException: Refactors CosmosNullReferenceException to pass along InnerException property on parent NullReferenceException (#3713) (#3759)

* Passed inner exception details to NullReferenceException ctor when instantiating CosmosNullReferenceException.

* Added unit tests.

* Addressed PR feedback.
