add anchorable links to code segments in POD?

Often i wish to link a certain code example in POD to a person. Currently this is not possible, so i have to revert to things like this:

i mean, look at the third blockquote here: https://metacpan.org/module/SQL::Abstract#Nested-conditions--and--or-prefixes

Would it be feasible to automatically add some kind of unobtrusive link to code segments so i could instead link to the following?
