Create and use more than one model

Hi.
Is there a way to create and use more than one model in wren ai onprem?
I mean, if I would like to have 1 model for sales with its tables and relationships and another model for production with totally different tables and relationships can I create 2 different models?
Obviously I should have the opportunity to let user choose model before to start chatting.
