root: added file metadata and UDIO ToS + Privacy Policy links
Since Udio made a 180 degree turns on the music file ownership,
we got not choice but to expose the agreed copy of UDIO ToS
and privacy policy links. Hence, let's do this.
This patch adds file metadata and UDIO ToS + Privacy Policy links
in root repository.

I'm a tech guy specialized in semi-automatic technologies. Personally, I love music but asking me to fully throw more than USD100k just to create a few musics in this economy is too much to ask. Moreover, the minimum amount of time and effort required to reach professional level is very unforgiving.
