root: renamed internals svg from animated-banner to banner

Since we want consistency among all other projects, it's time to
rename all the .internals/trademarks/animated-banner_1200x100.svg
into .internals/trademarks/banner_1200x100.svg now. Let's do this.

This patch renames internals svg from animated-banner to banner.
