Update MediaElement Transport Controls for Windows

I would like to see Media Element full screen button added to controls and add the other buttons that are missing. Here is an example of how it could look. This is a work in progress and I am attempting to update it to look similar in look and feel to the android version.

Full Screen:

I'm hoping to get support with adding this. As you can see it has the windows full screen and regular screen icon. It also has repeat button, aspect ratio button, volume button, and a cast button for casting video. This would at least match the type and availability of buttons on other devices.

As for the layout covering the whole screen I have been unable to fix that so far. Any suggestions on fixing layout would be appreciated. If anyone has any suggestions, improvements or things I have not thought of a reply to this thread would be appreciated.

This request is very old. This was added a while back Here: dec248e in this commit. I'm closing this now.
