npm install with out package-lock.json fails

Hi - We have a step while building a docker image to do a fresh npm install where in produces its own package-lock.json. It failes with below error -

Upon some research I found out that the library version of 1.2.0 works fine where as 1.4.0 errors out for node 16. I might have gone wrong in my analysis. I just wanted to throw it out there and see if you could confirm that 1.4.0 is not the root cause for the error I am seeing. Please note I was able to run builds fine for quite a few months(with version 1.2.0) until this week. If you do think this is an issue please let me know if there is a quick resolution that I can incorporate until you roll out a new version.

Can you try with 1.4.2 (so basically dd-trace 2.12.2)? The library should no longer try to build locally and will instead always use the provided prebuilds, so the above error should no longer be possible.
