Specify picker timezone

Hello everyone,
For Reasons, we're using tempus-dominus v 6.2.7 in our app
For Reasons, the app is setup to use only UTC as timezone, even when the user is elsewhere.
I'm trying to setup a picker to display log events, specifying the dates in which there are log files.
I'm setting up the datepicker as

this.datepicker = new tempusDominus.TempusDominus(document.getElementById('logs-datepicker'),
            {
                //defaultDate: default_date,
                restrictions: {
                    enabledDates: dates_with_logs
                },
                ...

where dates_with_logs is an array like
const dates_with_logs = ["2025-08-04","2025-07-29","2025-07-25","2025-07-24","2025-07-21","2025-07-10","2025-07-09","2025-07-08","2025-07-03","2025-06-25",
and what I see is that (with my current setup being in Chile) the picker shows enabled dates for august 3, july 24, july 23... always a day earlier for each date. Can I specify the timezone TD should use? Am I doing something else wrong?

I tried a quick upgrade to the latest stable version, but it failed in some other ways and I didn't want to debug that yet.
