The following sources of data were used by Financial Times journalists to assembled the excess mortality data presented in this repository:
- Ministry of Health, National Information System for Deaths
In addition to the above, raw mortality data for an additional 60 countries is taken from the World Mortality Dataset, which is maintained by independent researchers Ariel Karlinsky and Dmitry Kobak.
