Add a way to upgrade all HEAD formulas to latest HEAD #31239
Description
E.g.,
brew upgrade --HEAD
could find in Cellar all formulas that have been installed with HEAD, and reinstall them passing them the same installation parameters.
Why? If you install many formulas from head it is hard to remember all of them. If you upgrade homebrew enough at some point some HEAD formulas will be old enough that they will stop working.
That way brew upgrade && brew upgrade --HEAD will upgrade everything.
