Missing ~/.local/state/hyde/config

Hey, i was trying to get the weather module in waybar to work. i figured out pretty easily that it calls hyde-shell weather which calls weather.py, but the script exits with the following error:

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/home/username/.local/state/hyde/config'

I went to check and the file really isn't there. Is there any way to regenerate or restore it from somewhere?
