Update Aspire.AppHost.Sdk to version 9.5.0 (#210)

Updated the `<Sdk>` element in `AppHost.csproj` to use version 9.5.0 of `Aspire.AppHost.Sdk`, upgrading from version 9.4.0. This change ensures the project benefits from the latest improvements, bug fixes, and features provided in the updated SDK version.
