This looks like a copy of https://github.com/rp-rs/rp-hal/blob/main/rp2040-hal-examples/src/bin/lcd_display.rs.

While that file has a permissive license (MIT OR Apache 2.0), it is not ok to just take it and submit it somewhere else as if it was your own creation.

@jannic you're right, it definitely wasn't my creation, but at the time I just wanted to share the boilerplate I used for my own project. I simply found this example pretty important to share after fighting a bit to set everything up.
@Marcuss2 I'm sorry for copying your code without proper reference.
I don't know if this example is still needed (it's been 3 years now), and if so, what do you both think a correct attribution should look like?
