Support for Mantine v8 in Mantine React Table

Hello Mantine React Table team,

With the recent release of Mantine UI v8, I’m excited to start taking advantage of the new components and theming features. However, I noticed that Mantine React Table v2 currently lists v7 as a peer dependency.
• Do you have a timeline or plan for updating the library to be compatible with Mantine UI v8?
• Will there be any breaking changes in the next major version of Mantine React Table to accommodate v8?
• If so, will you publish a migration guide or release candidates soon so that early adopters can test against v8?

I am wondering if there is there someone already working on this?
If not I would be interested in contributing and working on v8 support.

Assuming it would be easy enough as a first issue :D but it looks like there are mostly the changes with the date filter that need to be addressed?
