./start.sh attempts to automate the usual setup steps for a fresh desktop install.
It mostly works between Debian and Manjaro (which I keep jumping between).
Neovim is now built from source with the alternate path prefix assumed
to be $HOME/neovim:

Note: latest updates in plugins (LSPConfig) now require neovim 0.11+
