DatePicker: update of Max value

When updating the Date/Value parameter, along with the Max value, we need to make sure that the previous Max value doesn't interfere with the latest Date value.

So the issue is this:

Max is set to one month later (while today is 3/28/2025):

I can choose a date that is 2 days in a future:

Now I change the Max to today (where the Max is lower than the previous Date/Value) and this happens:

The input field clears out. I think that's how html handles it. But the Date/Value stays the same. There is no mechanism to tell the Date/Value should be checked after Max has been changed. I guess the similar will be for the ranges and allow dates.

My idea was too hook up the onChange event from flatPicker, but it also doesn't fire on max change.

The explanation is the description of the maxValue :

maxDate option specifies the maximum/latest date (inclusively) allowed for selection.

There is nothing about "it will make sure the selected value is below the maxDate".

So solution might be to improve the xml comment on Max in DatePicker.
