According to OmahaProxy, the latest stable version of the V8 engine for android is 7.3.492.25. To take advantage of the latest ES features and optimizations we should upgrade the NativeScript runtime to this version.

We are comparing 7.1 V8 against 7.3 V8 StartUp speed.
App with ARM32 architecture is faster in 7.3 V8 on ARM64 devices. App with ARM64 architecture is slower in 7.3 V8 on ARM64 devices. Results are generated by Using Pixel 2.
App with ARM32 architecture is the same in 7.3 V8 on ARM devices.
