Support more Editors; enable quick switch betweeen Editors

As JavaScript importance grows, a lot of competing tools arise. So now there are a lot of JavaScript Editors for Eclipse. However Eclipse has only one default editor to use quickly.

I couldn't understand what you mean by this issue. What should we do?

This is also question： whether we need to let user quickly re-configure default plugin.
If user installs Nodeclipse over Eclipse for Java EE developers (recommended), than user gets 3 editor inside Eclipse:

• JavaScript Editor from JSDT
• JS Editor from Chromium project
• Node Editor (default)

User also may want to try VJET (that I can't recommend so far)
I also have an idea for one more Editor JSquared, but I am not sure if users like that.

So I want to give users possibility to quickly switch preferred Editor.
For example, different Editor in every perspective.
Or some UI dialog to select from short list (with items mentioned above)
FYI: Default Editors are set under Window -> Preferences-> Editors -> File associations
What do you think?

You can choose an editor to open by selecting the [Open With] menu in a context menu, witch opens by rigtht-clicking on a file to open.

Yes, but it is only for 1 time. And every time user needs to select from long list of Editors
