When branching from support-x.y to create a hotfix-x.y.z and branching again from hotfix-x.y.z to issue-abc to have a WIP PR for discussions / code review, GitVersion is applying wrong version.

Fixes #360 - was taking last tag, now taking highest tag on that branch
